Shipping and Refund Policy

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3-10 business days (M-F) and do not include any U.S. holidays and/or announced shop closures. We do not offer Overnight, Next Day, or Expedited shipping.

All packages ship either USPS, UPS or another shipping platform. An email should be sent once your package has shipped and it will include your tracking number. If your order shows delivered and it is not at its destination, you will want to call the shipping carrier who delivered your package. They will be able to give you more detailed information about where your package is. You should have been sent a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details (Carrier, tracking number, etc.).

If you were not sent an email, please email hello@grillopublishinghouse.com with your full name and order number and a tracking number will be sent to you.

If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable (incomplete address, incorrect address & information, unable to forward, or a no such number) and you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. If you realize your package has the incorrect address and your order has not shipped, please email hello@grillopublishinghouse.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a solution.
We are only able to accept returns purchased through our website. If items were purchased through a third party you will have to reach out to the third party for refunds.

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have come and gone since your purchase, we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund. The item must be unused and in new condition and contain original packaging materials.

We are unable to offer refunds for any bookings, digital downloads or perishable items.
